User support

As a registered user, you have access to a wide range of information. This allows you to check the status of your order or (if possible) change your personal information and billing and delivery address. You can create your own profile and receive our e-newsletter with special offers.

The My Account section, which has the following auxiliary sections:

– Master account – personal data you provided during your first order or registration
– My addresses – overview of all addresses for sending invoices and items
– My profiles – list of saved payment and delivery methods
– My e-newsletter – special offers and discounts in our store
– Account termination – complete termination of the user account

My orders

Order overview

An overview of all your orders, systematically arranged by date. Each order is equipped with its own serial number, which you can use to facilitate communication with us for customer support and to identify the item when picking it up in person. The list shows the order date, the price of the item and the stage of order processing.

Order details

Here you will find all the information you provided when ordering. This includes your billing address, delivery address, delivery method, payment method, item identification, number of items ordered, and price. The detailed description also includes your order number, the location of your shipment, and whether the item has been picked up or delivered.

Possibility of tracking shipments

It allows you to track your order from the very beginning to pickup or delivery.

My account

General account

It contains the basic information you provided during registration (first name, last name, address) and login information (email address, password). You can change all information in this section.

My addresses

If you are ordering an item to a different address (not your main one), you can add that address to the list. This applies to both billing and shipping addresses. You can enter multiple addresses and then simply select the correct one each time.

My profiles

Profiles are intended for users who frequently change their delivery address (delivery to work, to a vacation home, to their parents, etc.). Using profiles makes shopping easier and saves time. Now you no longer have to enter the same information, such as addresses, payment method, and delivery, every time you make a purchase. When shopping, simply select one of the profiles and the information will be entered automatically.

My newsletter

Would you like to be informed about new products, discounts and special promotions, such as free shipping, discounts, seasonal sales, promotional sets, most popular items and the like? Simply check Yes, I want to receive e-newsletters and you will receive them to your email address. We send e-newsletters weekly.

Account termination

If you select the option to Cancel your account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to cancel your account. Canceling your account is irreversible and will prevent you from accessing your order information.

We are always ready to help you, which is why we also allow you to place an order by phone.

What you need to know before ordering by phone...

Write down which items interest you.

To properly process your order, you must tell the operator the exact name of the item. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, and if you wish, we will also help you with the final selection of items.

Choose delivery and payment method

You can pay in various ways, and you can pick up the goods in person or have them delivered to your home.

Prepare your exact address and contact details

– If the goods will be delivered to your home, we need an exact delivery address.
– Do you want the invoice to be sent to a different address than the ordered items?
– We will also ask you for your phone number and email address.

Order changes

You can cancel an order or change your delivery address in the Customer Service Center. For other changes, you must cancel the order and reorder the items or call our customer service team at Tel: 040 368 127.

Changes to ordered items in an order

You can resolve the issue in two ways:

– If you have ordered multiple items within one order, you only cancel the unwanted item. Then order the desired item model again – by placing a new online order. The rest of the original order remains valid. This solution is only suitable when the items are to be picked up in person, otherwise you would have to pay the delivery costs twice.
– Another option you have is to cancel the order entirely and reorder all items.

Change payment method

It is not possible to change the payment method. Wrong payment method -> cancel and submit a new order.

Change of delivery date and method

Unfortunately, you cannot change the delivery method.

If the agreed delivery date does not suit you (we inform customers about the delivery date via SMS or email), you can arrange a different delivery date in our Customer Service Center. When choosing the delivery method when placing an order, you have the option to choose a delivery date delay of up to 7 days.

Pick-up location by arrangement

You can pick up the ordered items in person at the collection point by prior arrangement.
