Prices and payments

All prices in the Srečko Molk “Wooden Jewelry” online store are listed in EUR and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Prices are valid upon conclusion of the contract or when the buyer receives a message that the order is being processed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The offer is valid under these terms and conditions until stocks are sold.

Payment methods

FINANCING – BUY EASY AND FAST

In addition to cash payment, at the Srečko Molk “Wooden Jewelry” store, we offer a selection of payment methods that will make your purchase convenient and easy.

1. Paypal

PayPal is the most popular and highly secure payment system that acts as an intermediary between the buyer and the seller. When paying with Paypal, you will be redirected to their payment website, where you follow the steps of the purchase and complete the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create one at the following link: https://www.paypal.com/si.

2. Payment by regular invoice

When choosing payment by invoice, you will receive an order to the email address you provided during registration, which contains all the information needed to make the payment: payment amount, transaction account, reference/reference, and purpose of payment.

Delivery, pickup location

The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by our contractual partner. Items that are in stock will be shipped the same day or the next business day after the order is received. In the event that the products are not in stock, the delivery time stated applies.

Delivery of goods is limited to the territory of Slovenia (for a different agreement, please ask us). In no case is the merchant responsible for the exceeded delivery time. Delivery is made to the address you provided when registering or ordering.

If you are not at the expected location at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a message with instructions on what to do next. In most cases, a visit to the nearest post office is sufficient.

Shipping costs:

For all orders over €100, delivery is free (for orders up to €100, delivery is €3.9 to ZDDV! The delivery price includes packaging and transportation.

Slovenian Post

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice for you. The deadline for collecting the shipment at Pošta Slovenije is 15 days.

Delivery times

We will keep you informed via email about any longer delivery times. If the longer delivery time is not suitable for you, you can let us know and we will remove the item from your order or replace it with another one.

Due to the different availability of products, the order may be divided into several shipments. We can ship them partially or all at once. If you select "Ship the entire order at once" in the fourth step of placing an online order, we will send your order in one shipment. If you select "Ship available items.", the shipment will be shipped in several shipments.

In the case of partial deliveries, we will send you the items that are in stock immediately, and the rest when they are available. We will charge you for any shipping costs. only on the first shipment, and for later shipments, we will bear the shipping cost. If you get tired of waiting, you can let us know and we will remove the missing item from your order.

For items marked as delivery date unknown, we have no information on how quickly we can deliver them.

If you will be away for a few days, you can also select the desired delivery date for your package in the fourth step of the delivery menu. This means that your package will not be sent to the specified address before this date.

Handling of damaged shipments (compensation)

If, upon receiving the shipment, you notice that the item or shipment is physically damaged, missing contents or showing signs of opening, you can file a claim for compensation with Pošta Slovenije. To do this, bring the shipment (packaging + contents) to the post office as soon as you notice the damage or the shipment has been stolen, no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Inform the post office that a Damaged Shipment Report must be completed and signed by you. After receiving all necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to Pošta Slovenije.

The claim is processed by a commission at Pošta Slovenije and, based on the response or approval, the purchase price is refunded or a new item is ordered. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will ensure that the compensation is resolved as soon as possible.

Pickup location

You can pick up the ordered items in person at the collection point by prior arrangement.
